Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential opportunities within the IT integration landscape.

Identify and qualify new leads through networking, research, and outreach.

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present suitable technology solutions, and communicate the value of the company’s offerings.

Preparation of contracts and other necessary documents based on the proposal.

Prepare quarterly and yearly sales forecasts.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and exploring upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Conduct regular check-ins with key accounts to assess and address evolving IT needs.

Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and facilitate resolutions in collaboration with technical and support teams.

Demonstrate expertise in the company’s range of IT services and solutions (e.g., Networking solutions, cybersecurity, managed services, network infrastructure).

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery for clients.

Track and report on key sales metrics, including revenue, client acquisition rates, and customer satisfaction.

Utilize CRM and other tools to maintain accurate sales records and client data. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

4+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, B2B technology sales, or a related field.

Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (Intermediate level or above). 

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and digital transformation solutions.

Proven experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex sales cycles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of corporate etiquette.

Networking skills, ability to establish and expand industry contacts.
