Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
- Manage and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
- Assist CEO with related tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies, assist procurement and handle orders when necessary.
- Provide support for meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required.
Requirements:
- Presentable Appearance: Maintain a professional and polished image in alignment with the company’s standards.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Azerbaijan, English, and Russian (both written and spoken).
- Administrative Knowledge: 3+ years of proven experience in administrative work with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a high level of professionalism.
Salary: 1200 – 1500 AZN NET
Work hours: 9-6
