Secretary/Receptionist

A leading provider of innovative IT and cybersecurity solutions is seeking a highly organized Secretary/Receptionist to join the dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and possess exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
  • Assist CEO with related tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain office supplies, assist procurement and handle orders when necessary.
  • Provide support for meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required. 

Requirements:

  • Presentable Appearance: Maintain a professional and polished image in alignment with the company’s standards.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Azerbaijan, English, and Russian (both written and spoken).
  • Administrative Knowledge: 3+ years of proven experience in administrative work with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a high level of professionalism.

Salary: 1200 – 1500 AZN NET 

Work hours: 9-6
