Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals;
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees;
  • Finding new sources for getting applications;
  • Sorting the CVs and keeping CV database for future opportunities;
  • Screen resumes and job applications;
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates;
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive);
  • Handling employee document administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Solid work experience as a Recruitment role;
  • Minimum 2 years, preferably experience in Hospitality sector;
  • Experience utilizing social media, to source candidates;
  • high level of MS Excel knowledge;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
  • Presentation skills;
  • outstanding communication and interviewing skills; 
  • project and time management skills;
  • analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
