Key Objective
Provide technical expertise and presales support in the areas of Computing, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, and Backup systems to drive company sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and clearly explain modern server and storage architectures and their components.
- Analyze customer requirements and pain points; design tailored technical solutions.
- Present and demonstrate technical solutions to customers in an engaging and convincing manner.
- Develop High-Level Design (HLD) diagrams and visual representations of proposed solutions.
- Create detailed solution documentation, technical specifications, and presentations.
- Support Account Managers in client engagements, offering technical expertise.
- Research market trends and industry segments; support strategic development and promotion of solutions.
- Conduct customer presentations, webinars, and technical training sessions.
- Assist with vendor and internal sales team enablement by delivering product knowledge sessions.
- Manage vendor deal registrations and follow-up on transactions when needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare stock orders based on demand analysis and vendor requirements; promote inventory-based sales.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely service.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, business partners, and vendors.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and maintain relevant sales, presales, and technical certifications.
- Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold its reputation.
- Prepare regular reports and fulfill assigned tasks from management.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years in a similar pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting role.
Solid experience with Server, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, and Networking solutions.
Familiarity with IT vendor ecosystems, solution configurators, and pricing tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Visio, and relevant vendor tools.
Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (both written and spoken).
