Responsibilities:
Create and change products and services using configuration tools and SQL queries
Handle Complaints and Requests concerning the configuration of systems
Fix and reprocess failed requests due to wrong configuration or system failure
Support end-user test
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements
Perform tasks accurately and up to our quality standard
Maintain knowledge base and documentation
Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology and software


Requirements:
BS in Computer Science or a similar field
A strong technical portfolio that demonstrates a broad range of abilities
3+ years working in back-end development
Experience building functional and effective platforms 
Experience on Linux / Unix platforms
Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, XML/HTTP
Knowledge of Basic Linux commands
Fluency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Telco Infrastructure Experience
Experience in managing and configuring Ericsson CS, Ericsson BSCS, and Ericsson VSME is highly desirable
Python, Java as a plus
