Description:
Will work for customization of an off-the-shelf enterprise software
Execute development activities coordinated with an overseas team
Provide support to senior developers
Keep a good track of scope changes and apply change management processes when required
Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Good knowledge of SQL and Unix
Ability to extract data and analyze errors
Ability to read logs
Good understanding of the telco business and ability to explain a Product Catalog model
Good understanding of the main entities like Account, Service, Charges (recurring, one-time, usage), Invoice
Understanding of JSON and XML – nice to have for troubleshooting purposes
Experience with analysis of new business requirements (offers, campaigns) and their impact on existing offers
In addition, if we get a person that knows JAVA we can involve them in the ordering/workflow management process
Troubleshooting
Handle stuck orders
Make minor changes in the workflow model
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
3+ years of software development experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Jira and/or similar applications experience
Relevant Professional certification
Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms
Strong attention to deadlines
Ambitious to learn and work hard
Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Turkish language
