Responsibilities:

Create and change products and services using configuration tools and SQL queries

Handle Complaints and Requests in relation to the configuration of systems

Fix and reprocess failed requests due to wrong configuration or system failure

Support end-user test

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements

Perform tasks accurately and up to our quality standard

Maintain knowledge base and documentation

Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology and software

Requirements:

BS in Computer Science or a similar field

3+ years experience

Knowledge of Basic Linux commands

Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, XML/HTTP

Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, XML/HTTP

Telco Infrastructure Experience

Experience in managing and configuring Ericsson CS, Ericsson BSCS, and Ericsson VSME is highly desirable

Phyton, Java as a plus
